Yes—most orders can be canceled as long as they haven’t been packed or cut yet. Timing is important, since we move orders through our system quickly and sometimes can’t retrieve a package before it heads out with the mail carrier. If you need to cancel, email us right away with your order number.
Please note: if your fabric has already been cut, cancellations will incur a 15% restocking fee. When caught early, though, we typically have no problem canceling an order at no charge.
