We offer a discounted (we pay part of the cost) weight based flat-rate shipping option, which we refer to as 'Standard Shipping'. With this method, your order will go out with either UPS ground, USPS Priority or USPS First Class Package. This varies by the size of the order (USPS is for smaller package sizes, UPS is for larger package sizes).
