April 2024 EXTENDED TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround is 1-3 business days for all standard shipping orders, but generally we get orders out within 24-48 hours of when they are placed (our current average turnaround time is 28hrs). This means that if you order on a Monday, your order is guaranteed to ship by Thursday, but is most likely going to ship out on Tuesday.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not 'business days'. This means that if you order on a Friday at 12pm, your shipment is guaranteed to go out by the following Wednesday at 12pm.
Rush Turnaround
As stated above, we almost always get shipments out within one or two days of ordering. If you use standard shipping, but it is imperative that your order goes out as soon as possible, please note that on the order, and we will do our best to accommodate this, though we can not guarantee an arrival date or turnaround time. Customers who purchase express shipping services (UPS 3-day, 2-day, overnight, or USPS Express) will receive priority turnaround (1-2 business days guaranteed), meaning that we will ship it out as fast as we are able, giving your order preference over orders with standard shipping. Most express shipments go out within one business day.
If, for some reason, we are not able to ship out an order within the guaranteed turnaround time, we will contact you before shipping to determine what needs to be done.
If you have a make-or-break type of situation (eg., You need us to ship the fabric today, or you won't need the fabric at all), please contact us before ordering. While we often are able to do this for our customers, there are times where this will not be possible.
Shipping Time
Shipping transit time (the time it takes for an order to get from our doorstep to yours) depends on the service purchased.
- Standard Shipping takes from 2-5 days within the contiguous US. We are located in California, so West Coast orders tend to arrive more quickly.
- UPS 3 Day Select takes three business days from the ship date.
- UPS 2nd Day Air takes two business days from the ship date.
- UPS Next Day Air takes one business day from the ship date.
Example:
Order Placed Tuesday, July 12th with Standard Shipping
Turnaround Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (2-5 business days) = Guaranteed arrival in 3-8 business days, or between Friday, July 15th and Friday, July 22nd.
Order Placed Tuesday, July 12th with Overnight Shipping
Priority Turnaround Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping Time (1 business days) = Guaranteed arrival in 2-3 business days, or between Thursday, July 14th and Friday, July 15th.
