We want you to receive your fabrics as quickly as possible. All orders are guaranteed to be shipped within five business days of when your order is placed, though usually they are shipped much sooner (often within 24 hours). If, for some reason, it is going to take longer, we will contact you by phone and/or email.

When your package is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, provided you chose a shipping service that includes tracking.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All Shipping is based on Business Days
Business Days are Monday - Friday, excluding any official UPS or USPS holidays.
Orders placed Friday afternoon after 2:00pm Pacific Time and over the weekend will ship Monday at the earliest, assuming no UPS or Postal Service holidays.
Shipping cost is based on size, weight and the dollar total of your order. Select the shipping method that best fits your budget and the day you need your items. All overnight orders must be received by 12:00pm Pacific Time for the order to be shipped that day.

Free Shipping Offer
Free Economy Shipping applies to eligible orders over $99*, and is only available within the contiguous United States.
Free Economy Shipping may ship using any of the following methods: UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Cali Fabrics will choose the service based on order value, weight and package size. Please note that shipping times provided are estimates only and ground shipments may be delayed due to inclement weather or large shipping volumes at carrier hubs.
Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee for returns on orders that received free shipping.
In-Store Pickup
We offer the option to save on shipping and pick up your order at our Modesto Warehouse or our San Francisco shop! When your order is ready, you will receive an email with the info you need to pick your order up. If you are picking up in Modesto, we ask that you let us know what day/timeframe you'd like to pick up, just so we can make sure that someone is available to give you your order. Please note that we may ask for a form of verification (ID matching the order, order receipt email, etc...) in order to release the package at the store.

Cali Fabrics does not assume the responsibility for lost or damaged packages. International orders often can't be tracked after they leave customs. When your order ships, you'll receive a tracking code (which can also be found by logging in to you account and viewing your order) however, this tracking code will only indicate status within The United States.
International packages are not insured and Cali Fabrics is not responsible for packages that do not reach the customer. We will not reship or refund lost or damaged packages. We will do everything in our power to help locate a missing package but it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the post office.
Shipping charges do not include customs fees. Customs and additional fees may apply. These fees vary from country to country and Cali Fabrics is not responsible for these.
